Calf Stretches

Dr. David Adler owner of Adler Comprehensive Chiropractic in Roswell, GA guides you through a Calf Stretch. 
The calf stretch is done in two parts. Part one is for the bigger outer muscle called the gastrocnemius. Part two is for the soleus muscles. This technique aims to relieve stiff, achy muscles while stretching both the gastrocnemius and soleus. It also increase flexibility of the ankle, activates the muscles, and stimulates blood flow.
The key is to take your time and NEVER BOUNCE.
