			I had some ankle problems from a previous sprain in December of 2024, I thought my ankle had healed correctly going into March, but I was experiencing weird pain every morning and couldn’t walk fully on it at times as the day went on. I didn’t think much of it, but I started to experience pain in other areas of my body as well, so I was recommended to come to Dr. Adler‘s practice and after his very knowledgeable examination, he was able to target the areas that I was having the most issues at, and was able to do an adjustment on my ankle, and I immediately felt relief and had no pain in the next morning! It’s been awesome getting to know my body more and figuring out how the injury has affected my life in ways that I had no idea was happening. 			I was referred to Dr. Adler by my previous chiropractor who had retired. I was curious to see how my experience with him would compare to what I was used to. Dr. Adler gave me a comprehensive exam and reviewed his findings with me. His assessment of my current state was accurate and inline with what I was experiencing symptom-wise. I was very stiff in several areas including my spine, shoulder and hips due to playing a lot of tennis and not maintaining my spinal adjustments on a regular basis( as mentioned my old chiropractor retired). He had me come in two times a week for a couple of months and gave my continuous feedback on my progress and what I needed to do to improve my flexibility and relieve the pain in my heel, hips, spine and shoulder. Nothing was ever debilitating but I wanted to be completely pain free and flexible in order to play all the sports I love and continue my outdoor activities. What I like best about my treatment is I’m gaining the knowledge how to help myself! I do stretches and strength training based on what the Dr. advised and am getting markedly better. Things always come up due to me frequently over-doing it but Dr Adler can frequently tell me what’s wrong and fix it before I even say anything. With my improved state I am only coming once every couple weeks now unless something comes up. I highly recommend Dr Adler. 			A few years ago I had a bad fall that led to a concussion and severely messed up the alignment in my back. My family friend referred me to go see him. I was a little skeptical about chiropractic work in general due to the sensitivity of my neck/ back from my fall. He made me feel so comfortable and explained each question I had throughly. 			When I was first recommended to Dr. Adler by a friend, I was going through moderate back and neck pain due to a car accident. At first, I just kind of pushed the thought of going to the back of my mind because I always held a bit of skepticism towards Chiropractors. This was due to hearing stories of people leaving the practice worse than they went in. As time progressed however, the pain went from moderate to severe in my back and neck and I figured in my mind, "There's no way he can make this pain any worse than it already is." 			I was referred to Dr. Adler several months ago by my attorney following a car accident. I put off making an appointment with Dr. Adler based on my experience with a different chiropractor. Quite frankly, I thought it would be a waste of time and money so I never contacted him. My attorney asked if I had seen Dr. Adler and when I told him I hadn't, he said, "That's disappointing. I think he would be able to help you." So I made an appointment, not expecting much. From the minute I met Dr. Adler I could tell he was going to be different from previous experiences. Over the past couple of months he has helped me tremendously. He educates me on changes I can make to help in the healing process. He's encouraging. He's direct. I can tell he has a genuine concern for my well-being. I'm making improvements and feel confident Dr. Adler will do everything in his control to restore the quality of life I had before my accident. I already feel two inches taller, I know I'm not, but as a vertically challenged person I'll take what I can get...One more thing. 			I came to Dr Adler en route for a long road trip. My back was in so much pain from an injury I experienced months earlier. That morning he took an x-ray and found out my problem was a major subluxation in my spine between my shoulders. He was able to adjust me for immediate relief. I felt born again! I came for a few more adjustments in the following weeks and have not experienced any pain since. Since then I have been seeing Dr Adler for about 5 years every 3 weeks to keep myself in check. He has seen me through some tough chemical imbalances as well. I believe if it weren't for Dr Adlers continued care I wouldn't have made it through all of those challenges successfully.
