Quadricep Stretch

In this stretch, you will be focusing on the hamstring muscle group.
As with all stretching, it is important to perform this stretch without bouncing. 
Discontinue if you have any pain.hasm
Recommendations:
Position the feel as demonstrated in the video, the back foot will be the focus of the stretch.
Hold the stretch for 15-20 seconds 3x.  
Switch legs and repeat the stretch.  You will repeat this exercise once again but with a bend the second time.
