Dr. Adler's 33rd Anniversary Celebration !

I had some ankle problems from a previous sprain in December of 2024, I thought my ankle had healed correctly going into March, but I was experiencing weird pain every morning and couldn’t walk fully on it at times as the day went on. I didn’t think much of it, but I started to experience pain in other areas of my body as well, so I was recommended to come to Dr. Adler‘s practice and after his very knowledgeable examination, he was able to target the areas that I was having the most issues at, and was able to do an adjustment on my ankle, and I immediately felt relief and had no pain in the next morning! It’s been awesome getting to know my body more and figuring out how the injury has affected my life in ways that I had no idea was happening. I was referred to Dr. Adler by my previous chiropractor who had retired. I was curious to see how my experience with him would compare to what I was used to. Dr. Adler gave me a comprehensive exam and reviewed his findings with me. His assessment of my current state was accurate and inline with what I was experiencing symptom-wise. I was very stiff in several areas including my spine, shoulder and hips due to playing a lot of tennis and not maintaining my spinal adjustments on a regular basis( as mentioned my old chiropractor retired). He had me come in two times a week for a couple of months and gave my continuous feedback on my progress and what I needed to do to improve my flexibility and relieve the pain in my heel, hips, spine and shoulder. Nothing was ever debilitating but I wanted to be completely pain free and flexible in order to play all the sports I love and continue my outdoor activities. What I like best about my treatment is I’m gaining the knowledge how to help myself! I do stretches and strength training based on what the Dr. advised and am getting markedly better. Things always come up due to me frequently over-doing it but Dr Adler can frequently tell me what’s wrong and fix it before I even say anything. With my improved state I am only coming once every couple weeks now unless something comes up. I highly recommend Dr Adler. Dr Adler has helped me in more ways than just physically, not only has he aided me in the journey to fix my body, he’s also taught me a lot on how to maintain and work at keeping up with a healthier life style. I always hear his voice in my head correcting my posture lol, he also takes the time to explain what he’s doing during my adjustments every time and helps me get a better understanding as to what I was doing/did to get there, and what not to do to prevent said problems. The laser treatment is also extremely helpful with recovery from what I gather, it helps promote cellular regeneration, but over all it takes a lot of pain and tension out of the muscles and joints of my back. I am a big believer in chiropractors and have been to several in my life. In the past, my low back pain would keep me out of tennis and other activities for weeks or months. Dr. Adler has helped me more in 1 month than any other chiropractic care I’ve been to for the last 10 years. Dr Adler was highly referred to me and I am so grateful for his expertise. I twisted my back in such an acute way I could barely walk. A few years ago I had a bad fall that led to a concussion and severely messed up the alignment in my back. My family friend referred me to go see him. I took my Mom to Dr. Adler via referral from a friend who is also a chiropractor. When I was first recommended to Dr. Adler by a friend, I was going through moderate back and neck pain due to a car accident. At first, I just kind of pushed the thought of going to the back of my mind because I always held a bit of skepticism towards Chiropractors. As time progressed however, the pain went from moderate to severe in my back and neck and I figured in my mind, "There's no way he can make this pain any worse than it already is." I have known Dr. Adler for over 20 years. On June 9 I woke up with the worst, most devastating pain in my neck, shoulder and arm. I immediately called Dr. Adler. My wife, a satisfied and continuing patient of Doctor Adler, suggested I see him after I fell from a ladder and hurt my back (among other things). I was at the point where I couldn't walk short distances without a lot of pain. Dr. Adler began an series of adjustments that, over time, have alleviated the back pain enabling me to get back to walking long distances again. He has worked with me on correcting my posture, which has greatly improved, and with some neck problems. Dr. Adler listens to questions and fully answers them. I have nothing but good praises and words for Dr. Adler. His chiropractic office helped not only me after my accident but also my father who I brought in. Dr. Adler was terrific, he was kind, warm, and fun to talk to which took off the anxiety of never having to have this kind of care prior. I have been seeing Dr. Adler for a few months now and I have never felt better. The numbness in my hands and pain in my neck are almost completely gone. I was referred to Dr. Adler several months ago by my attorney following a car accident. I put off making an appointment with Dr. Adler based on my experience with a different chiropractor. Quite frankly, I thought it would be a waste of time and money so I never contacted him. My attorney asked if I had seen Dr. Adler and when I told him I hadn't, he said, "That's disappointing. I think he would be able to help you." So I made an appointment, not expecting much. From the minute I met Dr. Adler I could tell he was going to be different from previous experiences. Over the past couple of months he has helped me tremendously. He educates me on changes I can make to help in the healing process. He's encouraging. He's direct. I can tell he has a genuine concern for my well-being. I'm making improvements and feel confident Dr. Adler will do everything in his control to restore the quality of life I had before my accident. I already feel two inches taller, I know I'm not, but as a vertically challenged person I'll take what I can get...One more thing.
