Here are some does and don’ts when it comes to sleeping. It’s important to remember that sleeping is NOT one size fits all. There are many, many factors that go into getting the best night’s sleep.
Stomach Sleeping, will cause your back to arch, and requires your neck to be abnormally rotated to allow breathing, not a natural position.
Side Sleeping, which is a better alternative as it relieves pressure on the spine and enables your muscles to relax and recover. It is a good idea to use a body pillow to place between your knees, support your abdomen and to wrap your arms around.
